She began to develop this particular expertise working with as Director of Non-profit Consulting Services with Deloitte & Touche in NY.
Jane founded J.E. Ryan & Associates and has worked hard to build an ethical and trusted practice that has established a solid reputation in compliance services. The firm offers extensive knowledge in being proactive to change and in meeting federal, state and local requirements. J. E. Much of Jane’s work is with special education schools funded under the NYS Education Department. She helps schools to budget, comply with reimbursement requirements and navigate audit requirements. As President of the Massapequa School Board, Jane continues to get a close perspective on the financial challenges facing NYS schools and agencies.

In the past Jane hosted a conference at Hofstra University for Public Schools, titled “Securing the Future of Our Schools: Building and Maintaining Accountability”. The highly successful, free program featured presentations by local senators and school districts. It was based on the feedback from these presentations and meetings that Jane gained a clear picture of the need for a service like Compliance Solutions Network.
